My name is Lenka Hlavatá and
I am an executive partner at HPCG. I have two passions:
I love driving cars and managing successful projects.
During races in the Czech Republic and elsewhere in the world, an idea was born in my head about how to help owners and C-level managers pass on their experience from both worlds in which I operate.
I have created a unique course called "Running a company is like driving a race car" for you, owners and directors of your own companies, top and middle management, project managers, and anyone who is thinking about starting their own business and wants to anchor their ideas with a bird's-eye view.
During the course, I will share with you 20 years of my personal experience in business and racing, and in combination with practical examples from the business world, I will introduce you to parallels you have never seen before. Clearly, concisely, and straightforwardly.
After completing the course, you will see the management of your company or project in a whole new light.

Something for everyone
It depends on you and your current needs. The course can be taken as a 1:1 meeting either at our team garage (10 minutes from Václav Havel Airport) or office (Prague 1), or we can come to your company.
The course can also be organized as a lecture followed by a discussion for up to 13 members of your team. And if you are interested, we can also prepare a very experiential course, where in addition to the lecture, you will also experience a ride in a racing buggy or rally car. In this case, we will take care of the complete organization (facilities, refreshments, accommodation, etc.).
It is therefore entirely up to you how you want to approach the course. The common denominator is the same, however: you will gain a completely new perspective on managing a company, team, and individual projects!
